1.This machine is a newly developed piston filling and capping machine,with strong automation and large capacity. It is automatically controlled by PLC and touch screen controlled panel, which is an ideal integration of Mechanical, electrical , light and gas. The machine has exceeded the top level of the similar type machines.

2.This machine is an integration of mechanics, filling specifications can be changed by altering parameter on touch screen control panel easily. Filling volume of each filling volume of each filling head can be adjusted respectively. The computer has function of memorizing the related parameters of each packing  specifications, so that it can save time for the second adjustment.

3.In during working, the key parts are protected by intergration of mechanics and electrics.If there is anything abnormal, it will automatically stop and alarm, then touch screen will hint the abnormal part's whereabouts .

4.Its design bases on water-proof and pneumatic, so there is no pollution.
